Who Partners with QTAC-NY
Host System Partners are organizations managing delivery of the evidence-based programs we promote and are operating within New York State. Host System Partners are organizations that have access to a network with at least 3 delivery sites and/or have a significant population base for delivery. Some of our Host System Partners include the New York City Department for the Aging, the Capital District Center for Independence, the St. Lawrence Health Initiative, the Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County, Hudson River Health Care, Unity Health System, 1199 SEIU Benefit Fund and Northern Dutchess Hospital. Owner/Administrator Partners are organizations operating outside of New York State and interested in using Compass by QTAC-NY and other technical support from QTAC-NY and have the capacity to provide programmatic technical assistance to their delivery partners. Some of our Owner/Administrator Partners include the Oregon Health Authority, the Utah Department of Health and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
Referral Partners are organizations that are seeking to connect their patients/participants with evidence-based workshops in their community. These partners utilize our online tools to match patients/participants with workshops and facilitate patient/participant registrations. In some cases these organizations are able to obtain feedback about the results of their efforts through automated e-faxes and other reporting tools.
Research Partners are organizations that are linked to the research/evaluation efforts of the Center for Excellence in Aging & Community Wellness and QTAC-NY or want to partner with QTAC-NY and the Center in the development of research/evaluation projects.
